Hi, I’m Emily

I am a User Experience Researcher and Strategist with 7 years of experience and a passion for qualitative methods. I specialize in working with both hardware and software products, and I am dedicated to delivering insights and creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of both the customer and the business. My approach to UX research and design is collaborative and iterative, and I believe in working closely with stakeholders to ensure that their objectives are met. My experience as a Researcher who also has to tackle experience design problems has helped me hone my craft: I am better able to communicate with Designers, speaking their language, and providing actionable recommendations informed by the insights I gather because I understand what insights are needed in order to negotiate with partners and influence leadership decisions.
