As an Experience Strategist at Ford Motor Company, I led projects in the Autonomous Vehicles space, designing services that leverage autonomous technology for goods transport. I also contributed to the next-generation F150 and developed luxury experiences for the Lincoln brand.

As a UX Designer and Researcher at HP, I led research efforts to improve both hardware and software products, including the HP Neverstop Laser and Smart Tank printers, as well as the HP Smart App and web portal.
