Overview:
As part of an innovative effort to rethink last-mile delivery, I led experience strategy and research for an autonomous vehicle (AV) delivery pilot. This initiative explored how self-driving technology could streamline the delivery of goods such as groceries, food, and packages, while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Through extensive research, journey mapping, and pilot execution, I helped define the user experience, identify friction points, and shape product and service requirements in collaboration with industrial design and engineering teams.

Overview:
I played a pivotal role in the development of a first-to-market refillable toner tank printer, ensuring that user needs drove the design from concept to execution. Conducting research in key markets like China and India, I worked closely with small business customers to understand their pain points and inform product innovation. My collaboration with industrial designers shaped the refillable toner device and overall printer experience, ensuring usability, efficiency, and desirability. Through iterative testing and validation research, I helped refine the design to meet real-world user expectations.
